Rental Condos Terms and Conditions

Deposit Requirements
- The total rental amount is due 21 days prior to arrival date.
Large Group Reservations
- For a Large Group reservation (25 or more individuals), 50% of the total rental fee will be charged 14 days after the date of the initial reservation. The remaining 50% of the total rental fee will be charged 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations or alterations made after the first charge date and 30 days prior to check-in will be charged 50% of the Total Rental Fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of your scheduled check-in date, or no shows, will be charged 100% of the Total Rental Fee. For individuals making a group reservation within 30 days, the full amount will be due at once.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or alter any reservation up to 21 days in advance of arrival date with NO charge.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total rental fee.
- No shows and cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date will be charged/billed the total rental fee.
- Cancellations are only complete when you receive a cancellation code from a Massanutten House Rentals Reservationist.
- There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
